Seriously, though, even if you don’t love breakdancing (which I do) you could fast-forward through all the amazing moves (my God why would you, but still) and end up with a far shorter but no less moving portrait of a bunch of young men with dreams that somehow, against all odds, are supported by their traditionalist (and sometimes racist) kin.
And if you do like breakdancing, or hip hop, or dancing, or acrobatics, or kung fu, or gymkata, or any form of self-expression whatsoever, what are you waiting for?
If I had seen this before I picked my Best of 2008, this would have made it in. High.
